1979
Our journey began as a specialized trading house focused on instrumentation and control systems. In an era of rapid industrial expansion in Indonesia, Duta Firza established itself as a link between global technology and the local oil and gas industry. This period solidified our reputation for technical reliability and deep-rooted industry knowledge.
1985
A major turning point in our history occurred in 1985 when we were appointed as the official representative for Masoneilan Control Valves in Indonesia. This partnership allowed us to achieve a landmark 90% installation rate across state-owned oil and gas firm Pertamina’s national refinery network—a record of trust and technical integration that remains a cornerstone of our legacy today.
2010
Throughout the early 2010s, we focused on securing exclusive access to the world’s most reliable instrumentation brands. In 2010, Duta Firza became the primary authorized sole agent for Ashcroft, a partnership that continues to provide the Indonesian market with industry-leading pressure and temperature solutions.
2014
In 2014, we expanded our technical reach into temperature sensing and cabling by becoming the authorized distributor for Japan-based Yamari Industries Limited, ensuring precision for complex industrial thermal processes.
2015
A year later, we transitioned from a distributor to a localized manufacturer. Through a strategic third-party agreement with Ashcroft, we launched a dedicated assembly facility in Sentul, West Java. This milestone allowed us to provide Ashcroft’s world-class pressure gauges with shorter lead times and higher local content, directly supporting the growth of Indonesia’s domestic industrial capabilities.
2019
As the energy landscape evolved, so did our portfolio. We looked toward the leading manufacturers in Korea to diversify our offerings. In 2019, we strengthened our Korean partnerships by representing Samil Industry Co. and Autrol (Duon System), bringing advanced metering and smart transmitter technology to our clients.
2024
In a bid to support the digitalization and smart energy transition of the Indonesian oil and gas sector, Duta Firza partnered with Huawei Digital Power, a business unit of Chinese multinational corporation Huawei. Our partnership has allowed us to diversify into products supporting the optimization of renewable energy for industrial and commercial purposes.
2025
In the last quarter of 2025, Duta Firza was appointed as an authorized distributor for Finland-based sustainable measurement and monitoring solutions firm, Labkotec.
Present
Today, we are currently expanding our portfolio through upcoming agreements with expert providers in valve technology, expansion joints, electrical systems, and gas detection.
